Philippines' Trip (2 - 15 Feb) - Part 1

Day 1 - HK to Manila
Janice flew to Manila at around 3pm, while me and Drew arrived there at about 8pm.

I was upgraded to Business Class since I checked in late, and there was no more Econ seat available. A good start and a good sign...

Met up with some friends from HK at "Embassy", the coolest and hippest club in Manila, had a really good night. All the pretty faces from HK were there, what's a fabulous moment.

Day 2 - Manila to Peuto Princesa
8am flight to Palawan, we nearly missed it, arrived at the airport at 7.30am.

Landed at Peuto Princesa at around 10, headed straight to our pre-booked hotel - Fleuris Hotel. Nice, the hotel was really good.

Had a city tour trip in the afternoon, visited the crocodile farm, butterfly farm, santa monica, bakery village, and so and so, most of the time was in the mini-bus... can;t really stop thinkin of having a crocodile jacket or shoes when I was at the crocodile farm. I know it's a crocodile conservation centre, something like that, but I can't really stop my fantasy on that.

Dinner at Kenibush...nice seafood, then of course beer and pool. First encountered with Luke and his girlfriend. We met this couple at least 10 more times in the rest of our 14 days journey.

Day 3 - Honda Bay
What's a beautiful day, beautiful beach, beautiful sun. We snorkelled a lot at the Bandan Island, Snake Island and Starfish Island.

Janice didn't really enjoy that as she "never" breath with her mouth only. Me and Drew had a great fun there, tried to dive in and swim with the large group of fish. A bit scary when dived in...but very fun.

Took a lot of pictures, did a lot of posing, very relaxing.

Oh, the highlight was we met a Taiwan boy called, argh... I forgot his name, but he's such so cute. We sang along, our song was "Zhou Zi" (Super in English), the lyric was simple, just repeat "Zhou Zi" for the whole song for like 30 sec, wow... kind of uncontrollable.

We met Luke again in the dinner, come on, stop stalking us...

Day 4 - Sebang
Underground river trip, met Luke again at the pier. What? Luke again?

The Underground River Trip was "ok la", make sure not to open to your mouth in the cave unless you want to taste bat's shit and pee...

We stayed in Sebang today, planned to go to the waterfall, but my flip-flop broke in the mid, so I decided to head back, Drew and Jan went there. Kind of pissed off that I didn't go to the waterfall...

Didn't go to any bar tonight... chilled out at the restaurant, playing with cats and dogs, resting on the hammock, stars watching... another kind of luxury...

Day 5 - Port Barton
woke up early again, 7am boat to Port Barton, took 2 hours. Port Barton was called as the 2nd Boracay. We stayed at a nice cottage, which cost 600P only, pretty cool.

Started drinking Red Horse in the afternoon, the bar man sweared that no one can stay sober after 5 bottles. It's true, after the first 5 bottles, I was a bit pissed already.

Dinner at Judy's Restaurant. Continued to drink Red Horse, and at there, we met Marco, who claimed himself as a professional surfer.

The whole night turned into a bit weird with Marco. I didn't really know what happened, Marco kept on talking with Drew and Jan for most of the time, and he kept on asking us to play fresbie.

When we checked, the bill was 1500P but we got only 600. Marco paid for 300. with 600 unpaid, and we walked off.

We kept on buying drinks to other and didn't pay the bill. I can't believe we acted like that. What's a shame. The worst was we left our names on the wall as well and mentioned that we were from HK, ARGH....

Alright... journey continue in PART 2.
