Healthy Breakfast
In order to adapt a healthier living style, I started having cereals plus skimmed milk as breakfast 2 weeks ago, low fat, no cholesterol, excellent source of vitamins B1 & B2, iron, vitamins A, C, and good source of dietary fibre, I feel fresh and healthy everyday morning.
Breakfast is always important, it determines whether you will have a head start or not, my cereals and skimmed milk breakfast gives me excellent start everyday. I feel like a fresh steam coming down to my blood vain every morning, washing away the fat, toxics and all the harmful materials inside my body, anyways, we need to take care of ourselves and adapt healthier lifestyle.
Dear all, let's join this "healthy campaign" and let's be healthy today…..
