Been working very hard these several weeks as there will be a big event soon.
It's becoming a disaster lately as everything has not been confirmed and keep changing every second.
Sometimes, it's really hard to work with someone who is not decisive and with no gut.
Feeling sick to see people to count on quantity, not quality. Long hour working means someone is inefficient, someone who doesn't mange their time well and prioritise. In Hong Kong, most bosses (more than 99.9%) do count on working hours instead.
If you want to stay after in office, you can stay, but please don't ask me to join you. You make me feel guilty of leaving "early" (official office hour till 18:30, but I usually off at 19:30, and that's so called "Early")
Stop it.
Learn how to be more decisive and learn to appreciate!
