YES and NO

When I say no, it means NO, but when I say yes, it doesn't really mean YES.

But make sure you know what I mean when I say NO, NO is NO.

YES is to avoid turn down someone.

I am not used to say NO, but when I say NO, it means NO NO NO and NO.
